Service operation

MonPanier (monpanier.boutique) is a service operated by:

SERENITECH SARL — a company incorporated under Monegasque law, RCI Monaco 25S10170, VAT FR51000191394, 9 Avenue J.F. Kennedy, Le Castellara, 98000 Monaco. Role: seller within the meaning of the card networks ("merchant of record") for online sales and operator of the service — relationship with partner shops, purchase of the goods from the shops and their settlement by bank transfer, pickup and delivery logistics, technology and customer service. Payments are collected through an authorised payment services provider; the descriptor MONPANIER appears on the buyer's card statement. SERENITECH SARL charges no commission to shops and collects no payments on their behalf.

Payments

Payments are processed by an authorised payment services provider — strong customer authentication (SCA, PSD2), PCI DSS-compliant encryption. No card data is stored by MonPanier.

Intellectual property

The MonPanier brand, the website, its visual identity and its editorial content are protected. The names, descriptions and visuals of partner merchants belong to their respective owners. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
