1. Data controllers

Personal data collected on MonPanier is processed by SERENITECH SARL (RCI Monaco 25S10170, 9 Avenue J.F. Kennedy, 98000 Monaco), seller and operator of the service, as data controller. Single point of contact: support@monpanier.boutique.

2. Data collected and purposes

We only collect the data necessary for the service: contact identity (name, e-mail and/or phone), the content of orders and reservation requests, one-time verification codes (OTP), invoicing data, and technical logs (IP address, timestamps) for security and fraud prevention. Purposes: fulfilment of orders and reservations, transactional notifications (e-mail, SMS), invoicing, security. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legitimate interest. No data is sold or used for advertising purposes.

3. Payment data

Card data is entered directly with an authorised payment services provider (strong authentication SCA/PSD2, PCI DSS-compliant encryption). No card data is stored by MonPanier.

4. Recipients and processors

Data is shared with the relevant partner merchant (order preparation or reservation handling) and with our technical providers — cloud hosting (Europe region, Paris), transactional e-mail and SMS routing, authorised payment services provider — strictly to the extent necessary to perform the service.

5. Retention periods

Order data and invoices: statutory accounting and tax periods. Reservation requests: 24 months at most. Technical logs: 12 months at most.

6. Cookies

MonPanier only uses strictly necessary technical cookies (browsing session, cart, language preference). No advertising cookies or third-party trackers are set.

7. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection over your data. Exercise them with our customer service — reply within 30 days. You may also refer the matter to the competent data protection authority (in Monaco: the APDP), without prejudice to the authority of your country of residence.
