Terms of Sale
Last updated: 24 August 2026. In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the French version prevails.
1. Purpose and scope
These Terms of Sale govern distance sales concluded with SERENITECH SARL on MonPanier (monpanier.boutique) — products, services and restaurant services sourced from Monaco's partner shops — as well as the table-reservation request service. Any order constitutes acceptance of the Terms of Sale in force on the day of the order.
2. Seller identity
Online sales are concluded with SERENITECH SARL (RCI Monaco 25S10170, VAT FR51000191394, 9 Avenue J.F. Kennedy, 98000 Monaco), which acts as the seller within the meaning of the card networks ("merchant of record") and operates the service. Payments are collected through an authorised payment services provider. Partner shops prepare and hand over the products and perform the services. Single point of contact for any question: support@monpanier.boutique.
For each order, SERENITECH SARL purchases the corresponding products from the partner shop, at the shop's own price, and resells them to the buyer in its own name. Partner shops receive no payment through MonPanier and have no access to any payment data: they are paid by bank transfer for the sale of their products.
3. Orders
Orders are placed via the cart, with no mandatory account creation. A confirmation e-mail summarising the items, the amounts and the invoice is sent after payment. Items marked “Price on request” are not sold online: the platform only puts the buyer in contact with the merchant.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are expressed in euros, all taxes included (VAT at the Monegasque rates in force). Payment is made online by bank card or mobile wallet — strong customer authentication (SCA, PSD2), PCI DSS-compliant encryption. No card data is stored by MonPanier. The charge appears under the descriptor MONPANIER on the card statement.
Prices displayed on MonPanier are all-inclusive: they cover the product and the MonPanier service (selection, purchase from the shop, coordination of pickup or delivery). They may differ from the prices charged by the shop in its store or on its own website.
5. Fulfilment, pickup and delivery
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, orders are prepared by the partner merchant and picked up in-store in Monaco (“click & collect”), generally within 48 business hours of confirmation. Detailed terms are on the dedicated page: Delivery & pickup.
6. Table-reservation fee
Table-reservation requests are currently free of charge. MonPanier reserves the right to introduce a reservation fee (at most EUR 1 per guest), which would then be displayed before the request is sent and automatically refunded if the restaurant cannot accept the request or if the customer cancels before final confirmation.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumer buyers have a 14-day withdrawal period from receipt, subject to the usual distance-selling exceptions: perishable goods, unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, personalised goods, and catering or leisure services provided on a specific date. Requests are made to our customer service: support@monpanier.boutique.
8. Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method, generally within 5 to 10 business days. Detailed policy: Refunds & cancellations.
9. Categories not accepted on the platform
MonPanier does not accept as partner shops (suppliers), and does not resell the products or services of: charities, religious organisations and any donation collection; gambling, betting and lotteries; adult content; weapons and ammunition; tobacco and vaping products; crypto-assets and financial services. Pharmacies and parapharmacies are not accepted for now; their admission will be subject to specific terms at a later stage.
10. Invoicing
Each paid order gives rise to an electronic invoice compliant with UBL 2.1 / Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 (ViDA basis), delivered in XML and PDF.
11. Liability
SERENITECH SARL, as the seller, is liable to the buyer for the conformity of the products and services sold, under the conditions provided by law. Partner shops, as suppliers, warrant to SERENITECH SARL the conformity, quality and safety of the products and services they prepare. MonPanier undertakes a best-efforts obligation as to the availability of the online service. SERENITECH SARL cannot be held liable in cases of force majeure.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms of Sale are governed by Monegasque law for the local operation of the platform, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection provisions applicable in the buyer's country of residence. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first through our customer service before any action.
