MonPanier

The online shop of Monaco's local businesses.

MonPanier is the e-commerce extension of Monaco's shops: hundreds of partner merchants where you can buy online — from your sofa, your office, or on the go.

How it works?

1. You browse hundreds of partner merchants, by category or by district of Monaco (Carré d'Or, La Condamine, Fontvieille, Larvotto, etc.)
2. You add products, services, gift cards or bookings to your cart
3. You pay securely by card or mobile wallet
4. You receive an invoice compliant with ViDA / Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 (XML + PDF) instantly

For merchants

MonPanier works as a reseller: for every order, we buy your products at the price you set and resell them to our customers. You are paid your own price — no commission, no technical integration, no fees; the MonPanier service is included in the price paid by the buyer.

Partner shops are paid by bank transfer for the purchase of their products. Shops never handle any online payment and the platform does not receive any payment on their behalf.

Some categories are not accepted on the platform: charities and donation collection, gambling and betting, adult content, weapons, tobacco and vaping, crypto-assets. Pharmacies: not accepted for now. See the Terms

Compliance & security

• Payments processed by an authorised payment service provider — Strong Customer Authentication (SCA, PSD2) applied automatically
• Invoices compliant with UBL 2.1 / Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 (ViDA basis)
• Automatic VAT calculation per Monegasque rules (20% / 10% / 5,5% / 0%)
• A single merchant account with the authorised payment provider, in the name of SERENITECH SARL (the seller) — KYC and AML performed by the provider; partner shops are paid by bank transfer, outside the online payment flow
